Powers: bizzare spiral/hypnotic pattern powers that allow him to project spirals/and hypnotic patterns anywhere he desires, even within someones mind if he focuses hard enough, making it a mental image they cant shake away as it drains their mind.

A generally expert hypnotist, having a multitude of ways to lull someone into trance.
Weakness: If he decides to do the latter, he can only focus on one target at a time.

Backstory :
an esteemed Hypno therapist
hes someone who believes theres a reason behind every criminal action, and getting to the bottom of a criminals mind is what is important to prevent similar minded folk from commiting their crimes.
Of course to do that he needed to be a superhero!
But he has to be much more confident in using his powers on people!
So the he hypnotized himself, for the persona of the confident and sexy dazzler!
