So instead of "morphing" into the Hulk when he's angry, instead Hulk just tears himself from under Bruce's skin (ouchUnder Bruce's skin are various versions of the Hulk.
1st layer is the Grey Hulk: Mischievous, loves to methodically destroy things. This is based off Bruce's desire to do harm to those who hurt him, but doesn't because of various circumstance (morals, society, fear, weak, etc.)
Layer 1.5: This is the level SHIELD "extracts" from Banner in order for him to participate in field missions with the Avengers. It's very dangerous.
2nd layer is the Green Hulk: We know . This is the most common version Bruce finds himself as. He has all of traditional the powers that he's famous for, except that he has a "rage ceiling."
3rd layer is RED HULK: When the extremely rare moments when Hulk breaks past his "rage ceiling," Red Hulk tears his way to the surface. He is the equivilent of Hulk to Bruce Banner, so it's like Hulk's Hulk...
