Description

Here’s an OC I made for a game of fiasco (a primarily rp-based ttrpg)!

His name is Charlie and he’s a fugitive bioweapon that may have been human once (he doesn’t remember if he was). Known by his creators at Aria Labs under the project name "Matchstick", his powers are fire based. His skin produces a thin iridescent sheen of oil that smells faintly of gasoline, and he tends to ignite if he gets angry or anxious enough. After wrecking his way out of the lab that made him, all restraints on his power were gone, leaving him dangerously unstable. He burned uncontrollably, leaving a swath of destruction in his wake and almost burned to death in his own flames...

When in the nick of time, a moon rabbit named Laika found him and made what was essentially a magical girl pact with him to save his life. The moon blessing stabilized him enough to survive and allowed him better control over his fire (as well as bestowing upon him the ability to magically change into a cute outfit for more power... buuut he generally doesn't unless he has absolutely no other choice, preferring to stick to using his own abilities when fighting the endless onslaught of space baddies that swing by to try and conquer Earth).

He just wants to chill and live a normal life, but apparently the work of a bioweapon’s never quite done, especially when an interstellar calamity looms on the horizon and he’s pact-bound to stop it no matter what form it might take...
