This is simply gorgeous. I love how the light is captured, yet is also obscured at the same time. In a way, it reminds me of a classic fairytale: dangerous and compelling and yet being no less than utterly beautiful, in spite of its darkness. It's very much something I'd imagine from one of Perrault's stories, where everything is composed in harsh blacks, blinding whites, with a few shades of gray caught up in a cold, personified breath of winter. It's truly a magnificent shot!
