Description
A gap in space causes time to collapse, creating this intriguing light portal which absorbs all matter surrounding it.Like all of my space wallpapers, this has been created using Photoshop, with my own rock textures and fractals.

Pretty interesting concept. I'm not quite sure if the red fits in there (a few hue variations to dark blue / purple could've probably been enough) but other than that, it looks great. Keep it up!

You're probably right about the reds, but I used those colors to illustrate the fact that the planet is dying and that we are seeing it's core. Using other colors would've probably made it confusing.

Here's a summary of how I did it: I started by making two different objects: a planet and a core. I then placed the core underneath the planet and brushed/erased off parts of the planet, revealing the core
