Behind My Fan Character Project
As of March 2016, I've decided to work on developing characters physically and personality-wise, particularly humans. While I've got an animal project for a character for each holiday, for humans, I've chosen to work with the classes from Valve's Team Fortress 2. The point is to develop a character for each class that cannot look like an exact copy of the original, but may borrow from some aspects of them. Their personality may also be similar, but cannot be the same and must be more fully developed.
Accessories may be from the game (exact matches or slightly modified or made up). Weapons may be the same as in-game ones, made up, or modified but must fit in the game universe.
They must be developed enough that if someone asks something about the character, I should be able to answer it without hesitation. Each character must have at least 6 likes, dislikes, and personality traits on the reference or in the dA description. Backstory can be simple or fully developed. No more than 2 things (name, where they were born, likes, dislikes, personality traits, etc) may be listed as "unknown". Characters may be in relationships (friends, romantic, etc) with canon characters if wanted.
Pyro must have a face reveal. Gender doesn't matter. Other classes may have gender swaps but must look like they could actually do their job (no super skinny 18 year old models carrying miniguns. The canon characters aren't sexy models so neither should your ladies). Everything else is pretty much a free for all.
