Ок.. Можно любую картинку преобразовать в стеклянный шар кнопку.. изменить размер, перевести во Флеш если нужно, это недолго

ну в общем смотри, нужна одна такая штучка в чуть меньшем размере и на черном фоне. Главное, чтобы не весил больше 1 Мб, а то у некоторых сеть виснит
