Description
This is a manip I made after staring into static on my T.V.It was weirding me out. What if life was really as random and confused as static on the television.
We are all but shadows walking through the digital noise of the world.

wow very neat idea.. the only thing i can think of to improve this is that the people don't look quite noisy enough..
but the effect is very creepy
