This is another image from the world of The Panopticon. The central figure is an enigmatic android with hypnotic powers called "Sleep." The (ahem) character in the foreground is the original creation of one of my friends and collaborators on Deviantart, Chryseis Kent (www.deviantart.com/amazonarrow ) and that is the lovely rear-view of Chryseis's original character, Amazon Arrow. I do not remember the origin of this project; feel free to ask Chryseis!
