Here are some rules I wish for you, as my customer, to abide by:
-You are not authorized to use, modify, alter, or post/redistribute my artwork without my permission.
-All original artwork is copyrighted by me, Rose ~ StrageMurcielago , meaning in which you can not claim it as your own.
-Do not remove my watermark or signature.

Commission acceptance process:
-You must first fill out one of the templates provided below and send it to me in a note with the subject labeled as "Commission Order".

-Do not send in the payment for your commission unless I give you the okay to do so.
-If I accept your commission order I will send you a follow up note(s); containing any questions for you, verification on the order, and when I'll ask you for your PayPal/email.
-Once everything is agreed on, I will note you again informing you on the invoice I have sent you. This will be the time when you can send in your payment.
-Note: I will not start your order unless you've sent in your payment.

-I will do commission in small batches, but I will always have a waiting list. If you happen to be on the waiting list, be attentive to any journal updates.
-I'll post through journals if I've become busy or slow or if something has broken. Especially my tablet pen since its been acting up lately.
-I will contact you personally if you've sent in your payment already about any abrupt halts, slow downs, or unfortunate malfunctions.

-My "Will do" and "Won't do" section is far from completed; so be mindful, I may deny your commission request based on theme or subject matter.

Pick one of theses templates to fill out an order:

Template A [Set commissions]

-What type of commission? (Sketch, Lined, Flats, or Full shaded.)
-What cut do you want? (Chibi, Waist up, Knee up, etc.)
-Extra Characters? Yes or no.

-Do you want the optional single colored/gradient background mentioned on the sheet? (Yes or No.)
-If yes, provide the desired color or tell me that you don't mind if I choose.

-Give a brief description of your character and their personality: (So I can better understand them. For example, I'd hate to have drawn a serious/frowning character all smiley and out of character)

-Provide references: (the more the better, please.)
-Anything specific you want for me to do with your character? Maybe pose wise? (If not, I'll base something off the information you give to me.)

-Anything extra you have to add, or say? If yes, please place it here.

Template B [Custom outfit]
Name/Username:

-Please explain in detail what you invision for your character.
What do you want for them to wear? A specific time period's clothing? Have anything in mind? List it, explain, and provide examples or references if you have any.
(If its completely made up, be detailed in the description.)
(Is there a certain way they would wear something, list it. The more information you give me the better I understand what you want me to make for them.)

-What colors do you want? (link any color palettes you've created or found on websites such as www.colourlovers.com/. I'd rather have precise colors than vague answers like "a blue color scheme".)

-Please include references of the character.
(If you wish for just an outfit, say so. It'll be placed on a generic mannequin.)

-Have anything else to tell me that didn't fit into the answers of the quesions above? List those here.

Template C [Custom character]
Name/Username:

-What are they? Explain. (Human, half creature, kemonomimi, etc.)
-What is their gender? Or; What do they appear more like; Female or Male? (in case you had a trap character, or other gender in mind. Specify if its one of these.)

-What would their age be? (or estimated age appearance. Young/child, teen, adult.)
-What is their body type? (For example; lean or muscular.)
-What type of hairstyle would they have? Do they have hair? Facial hair? (Hairstyles: Long, short, shaved on one side, braided etc.) Explain.

-Is there anything different about them/their body structure compared to a basic human being? Do they have extra attributes?
If yes, please explain.
(For example; They are a female kemonomimi, young, small frame, thin, but they have large paws for hands. Their ears are cat-like, small, rounded and striped; while their tail is long, furry, has faded stripes, and is dual toned.
Or; they are a genderless tentacle creature that appears male; a lean upper body which is human-like, and lower body is reminiscent of a squid. They have multiple sets of eyes, claws for hands, a black tongue, and spots lining down the center of each tentacle.)

-What do you want them to wear? A specific time period's clothing? Have anything in mind? List it, explain, and provide examples or references if you have any.
(If it's completely made up, be detailed in the description.)

-What color palette do you have in mind for your character? For things such as: Hair, eyes, skin, markings, anything else on the body, etc.

(Seperate palettes for both are always welcomed. Tell me if you want a certain color on a specific part of your character too.)

-Does your character have a weapon? A specific item needed to be created? (Simple items are add-ons. Listed above as $5-$15 as a starting price. Complicated things are more.)

-Do you have an idea for this new character's personality?
If yes, please write a brief description of it here.
(If no, that's fine. I request it so I could draw their included knee up cut in character and not OOC.)

-Are you going to include add-ons? Yes or No.
**Full body pricing depends on what you want me to do with the full body ref. If you want it, for instance; a full body sketch will cost $25 without the shading. With monochrome shading, it'll be $30 extra.
(All add-on prices from the reference sheet section must be added onto the standard price. So $60 + add-on prices.)
If yes, list the add ons that you want here.

-Have any extra info you want to add that couldn't be put into the answers of the questions above? If yes, place your extra info here and let me know.

Template D [Reference Sheet]

Provide and answer the following:
-If you have any existing drawings of the character, list the links here. (any reference will do, preferably full ones.)
-If you do not have any drawings, but a written description of their appearance, I can try and work with that. Please be descriptive.
(Fair warning, that these would take more time as I have to verify with you, as a client, if the design is or is close to what you imagined or not.)

-Please provide a brief description of your character and their personality. (this will help me be able to draw them and not have them out of character.)

-Are you going to include add-ons to the reference sheet? Yes or no.
For instance, to add another cut like a Full shaded waist up would be $30. The standard price for the reference sheet is $40. So: $40 + $30 = $70 in total.
-If yes, please list the add-ons you want to add to the sheet here.

-Have any extra things you want to ask me about? Such as other add-ons I did not mention in the section of the commission sheet? Or questions? List them here.

Extras!
-I will accept multiple orders from one person!
If you wish to order more than one piece; fill out a form for each separate commission and send in separate notes.
It would help me keep track of them if you numbered them in the subject section of your note; for example: "Commission order #2"
Note: Even if you send in multiple orders, I may not accept all of them.

-Commissions take time! The bigger the commission the more time i may need for it.
Please do not rush me, i do have a life and other obligations to do outside of dA.
