hmmm I may try skading the spots, but I wasnt sure. I thought about that last night when I put them on. The are kinda like skin spots, liver spots, or moles/birthmarks, and siince they were part of the skin and not a differnt plane or a rise I am not sure if adding a light effect or shading would work or not. but I may try it anyways.

Very nice! I like the pale green. I'm curious to see if maybe a shade on each brown spot, and perhaps some darker shading around the lips, would improve this any? Not sure, just curious.
