Another Evidence file, this time on everyone's favorite, the Joker. Sadly in Earth 27 he doesn't like being called the Clown Prince of Crime. I hesitated in doing a more well known villain first because I wanted to show off what I can do without relying on say...the Arkham Knight video game vids for help. But maybe I shouldn't have gone too obscure. So here's one everyone knows.
