Another pic that I finally found after years of looking. This was concept art that was from the Episode III video game. If I remember correctly, you unlocked it by beating the last mission and unlocking the alternate ending.

Basically: "What if Anakin won the Duel on Mustafar?"

It's really cool, and I recommend playing it if you haven't.

Anyway, just like with "Avatar Keith" I'm posting an awesome pick that is NOT MINE. I know it's from the game, but I unfortunately don't know the artist. If anyone knows, please tell me and I'll correct it.
