I made this, and I'm proud of it. Anyways, let me go through the list and explain a little bit:

Jack (Me): What if I told you, that later on in Gmod Randomness, Jack's power will reach dizzying heights. Yes, I plan to make Jack as OP as I can, but I have two rules in place, those being he can't beat Thanos and Darkseid, so he at least has his limits.
Paper Mario: Going in with his assortment of weaponry, Crystal Stars/Star Spirits/Pure Hearts, Paper Mario plans to fight for his universe with the help of Starlow.
Tom: Possessing a Power Glove and some special tools, this blue cat plans to help fight for his universe along with the rest of his team.
Jerry: Same reasons as Tom, but for Tuffy's sake.
Volnutt: Aiming to impress his fellow Megamen, and get back at EXE, Volnutt enters the tournament alongside his team and a few others to fight for what's right, possessing hidden Ki he didn't know he had, Volnutt tends to show the other's at the tournament who's boss.
Silver: Coming from the future, Silver enters the tournament in order to prove himself and help save his future from deletion.
Kirby: Wanting to prove his own limits wrong, Kirby enters the tournament, with his vast array of copy abilities, Kirby battles in the tournament to make sure his friends can see tomorrow.
Steve: Wanting a peaceful life, Steve entered the tournament, with his array of blocks and weapons, Steve heads out to show the other's who's boss.
Metal Sonic: Was supposed to be Gooey, but he missed the deadline, so Eggman sent Metal Sonic in to take Gooey's place, with his powers and abilities, Metal Sonic tends to show the other's at the tournament that he's not just some dumb machine. Also, Neo Metal Sonic was added back into him, but since Metal Sonic is a good guy in the Gmod Verse, he only tends to use it in extreme situations.
Soldier: Was supposed to be Heavy, but he broke his back the day the signups closed, so Soldier opted to take his place instead, after having Engineer modify his weapons and rockets, Soldier goes out to make himself known to the other's in a Tournament of Power.
