Sabre loves wearing capes/cloaks! He finds them to be a visually pleasing fashion accessory that makes him look regal and elegant. In his spare time, he would often swirl and twirl his lovely cloak happily with no shame, and on windy days, he would let it billow and flow in the gale-force gusts, and at some cases, he'd use his magic to make his cape float and flutter around him. Everyone should try on a cape/cloak and experience the sweet things that come with them!
