Drew another Danny Phantom OC for my DPxMCU series. Meet Brigadier General Aaron Hawkins. He was a high-ranking officer in the United States Air Force, but unknown to his superiors ans especially Danny and Dani, he was also a agent to a unknown organization. Hawkins shows no interest in the lives of military personnel, especially fighter pilots, choosing to play political games and opting not to update all forces on any changes to mission times.
