the app made her taller and have the body she always wanted. but there was a side effect attached to it, and that random side effect was that her mouth sealed over.

having no mouth was officially illegal and scared the police very bad. they would demand some vocal response from the mouthless and when they didn't get it, they'd say they felt threatened by the silence and then go nuts on their victim.
