Age Regression - When somebody reverts to a child-like state of mind, often as a coping mechanism for things like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.

Just so we all no, AGE REGRESSION IS NOT INHERENTLY SEXUAL. Yes, some of them do take part in ddlg, ddlb or such things but those are also coping mechanisms to deal with the stress of sexual acts (people who do this are almost always csa or cocsa survivors).
Some age regressors call themselves "littles" and/or call their partners "mommy" or "daddy", this doesn't mean they're doing it in a sexual way. A lot of age regressors deal with trust issues and seperation issues, they usually want to feel protected and safe and thus, those titles implies that the person cares for them very much and will protect them like a real parent would for their child.
Also, Age Play =/= Age Regression. Some people who partake in age play or ddlg do age regress and are survivors or are neurodivergent, and some aren't.
