The CV9030 is the first of the export models of BAE Systems Hägglunds, CV90 (Combat Vehicle 90) tracked Infantry Fighting Vehicle. Based on the Strf 9040, it featured a 30mm auto cannon and is considered the Mk1 in Sweden.

Norway was the first export customer, purchasing the Mk1, followed 4 years later by Finland and Switzerland who purchased the Mk2 CV9030.

The 30mm auto cannon is the Mk44 Bushmaster II by ATK, which is fully stabilized. It Fires all 30mm x 173mm, 30mm x 170mm Rarden & KCB rounds, including the latest generation of programmable air burst munitions.
