Description
i came up with this my junior year of high school. for some reason that i am not even able to recall, i was very interested in perpetual energy. i tinkered around with all sorts of ridiculous ideas, like conveyor belts and ball bearings, etc, before i came to this idea. while probably still ridiculous, i am able to design something simple and fundamental, with few moving parts, and little friction or gravity problems (at least, according to my 11th grade education).

i am sure that there is no real way that this is feasible, but it was a good thought experiment, and if perpetual energy is possible at all, i believe that it will be along the lines of harnessing electromagnetic energy.
