I'm loving the idea of this. You chose a great flooring and did a really good job with the blood smears/stains on it. I also like how the main image is contained in a shadowed circle; makes the image look better imho.

I love how the light fades in from the top! The whole feel to it is poerful and blends in perfectly with the emotion you place into it ... the idea that you have to hurt someone to make the realize they are human

the one thing i did notice..since your have sort of an arial view goin on here..
the blood dripping from the heart..i dunno, like make there should have been a small puddle instead..
the dripping kinda of throws off your perspective IMO..

the way you fade everything out is great, the way the floor color matches the stockings color also a plus, not only that but the floor is also shaped as a heart! pretty great stuff, only critique I have is the font size, it's too big me thinks! but thats all ! nice job, angel.
