Simply just time exposure photography. Get a tripod, set your camera into manual mode and toy with your exposure times.

IS this shot on low exposure or is it some sort of photomanipulation? Everything else is eerily clear yet that phantasm-figure of an express train is a blur. How interesting... Good job by the way!
