So here's Rocket Razzle, he's a goofy guy who drives recklessly and always nearly late fore work. He would drift off of city buildings, jumping over cars or sits on the roof of his car and use it like a carriage. This reckless behaviour of his always gets Midori angry and often the one to stop his crazed driving.
