'Tey-kah pouned upon the fleeing dog's tri-colored saddle with a snarl, and found himself nose-to-nose, eye-to-eye, with a girl dog! She was just as surprised as he was. The moment their eyes met was short, for the rest of his tribe had caought up to him. "Good work, Tey-kah, you have caught the infiltrator," rumbled his father, the mighty Sah-too, or leader. "I-i didn't mean to come here, it was a total accident!" yelped the she-dog, laying back her ears and crouching down in submission. "You are still an infiltrator," snarled Sah-too, leaping on her and pinning her to the ground. His teeth pricked at her neck as she struggled, whining. "I'm from Dogwood! I'm from Dogwood! I serve under Good King Samuel! I am a rebel of Scourge!" she howled as Sah-too's front teeth stabbed in. The leader gasped and leaped off of her, and all the dogs gazed wide-eyed at her as though she was a dog-catcher.
