It's been a long time since I've done a Fakemon since Fire and Ice . I kind of want to turn this into a project :3

Any who, the region does not have a name but it is based off of Russia. I went threw 2 other grass starters before setting on this one. It was first a Kuriboh-Leaf Bush that evolved into a Bush Swamp Alligator. Then I did a deer and now, lastly, its a bear! It is based off the Cheburashka character that is extremely popular in Russia who was introduced in 1966 by Eduard Uspensky. I also chosen the bear due to its symbolism - it literally represents the country. Makes sense to make one! I also drew inspiration from Sleepy from the Okami game and loosely based off the Onikuma.
