Thomas' mind was racing as he worked to piece together the puzzle on his own, and he was so engrossed in his own thoughts that he never heard Reggie whistling behind him to clear the line for him to pass on his own through parcels to Tidmouth. Sir Topham Hatt heard the commotion and rushed outside from his office to alert Thomas that he was causing a delay.

"Hurry up! Hurry up!" Reggie snorted. "I need to drop off my parcels so I won't be late for my next train!" He could hear Thomas mumbling almost incoherently to himself about something.

"Thomas! Thomas!!" He shouted. Thomas finally stopped mumbling to himself about this and saw Sir Topham Hatt standing next to him, tapping his foot on the platform. "Thomas, you're causing confusion and delay! Clear the line to allow Reggie to pass through!" He scolded him.

"Oh, yes sir! Also, sir, I need to speak with you after a while." Thomas replied as he hurried to clear the line and set his trucks down in the yard.
