As Powerage is not a battle-oriented Stand, all of its power goes to it being indestructible. Because of that, these chains are much stronger than regular chains, being even durable against chainsaws or blowtorches. Not even a Stand’s physical power can destroy them, making them practically unbreakable. Not only that, but it gives Snips supernatural levels of skill with using chains as a weapon, showing efficiency with speed, power, defense, and skill, performing the most impossible feats with ease and little to no effort. For example, being able to break holes through walls and such, deflect things and hit targets from any distance. Other uses of Powerage include Snips being able to slide on top of thin surfaces such as wires and ropes with relative ease, allowing him to maneuver around from location to location quickly. He also possesses great balance as a result, allowing them to stay atop of thin surfaces without falling off. The chains can also be used as a way of closing off certain paths to keep anyone from going any further.
