Wow! I think you'll be happy with this critique.
The first thing I noticed was her big green eyes. Somehow, the eyes feel like they have deeper meaning to them than it appears. Very cute and eye-catching!
One reason I decided to critique on this was because of her hair. It feels like you could reach out and touch it - It looks very fuzzy, and gives her some extra cuteness-points ^^ Once again, very nice!
I like how her tail is wrapped around her body - it makes her seem more naΓ―ve and vulnerable, which in my view, makes them cute in a way.
Just my opinion, but she kind of has a look of sass on her face. I like it, though. c:
