Familiar? Should be for everybody who create characters when they just appear from nowhere, not because you create because you have to do so.I made this stamp because I couldn't find any like this. At least my characters tell me what they are. Someones are more talkative than the others, though... But at least it's sure I can't force them to talk.
Idea became from the fact my dear Lusse has finally revealed even something about his personality...after over four years. He's not the most talkative one...and that IS one of the things he told. B<
Sometimes characters tell really random things. For example Reverse likes dried rye bread. Merkabah has an armor he uses in duty. And Fayza 's purple eye surroundings are not natural, they're tattooed.

I'm not really sure what you mean. Characters don't talk... Are you speaking about how their personalities and such evolved based on what is logical for them?

For some of us, they do talk to us. (However, they sound like our own thoughts, and most of us are aware their voices aren't real.) I think it's the result of interacting with the characters for a long time.

I'll explain a weird quirk of a character to someone and they'll ask me why I don't change it... because I have no choice. It's part of them. It bothers me when people insist that I CAN change the quirk.

Some girl just appeared in my head, changed her name from what I originally wanted to call her to something else, and gradually became one of my most well developed characters of her own accord. Her and her boyfriend were two minor characters who pushed themselves into the spotlight. Makes sense - they came to me as musicians. I guess they're just a pair of showponies

if you don't have MPD, then you've just got voices....

It's even worse when they're the ones telling the story, and people jump your case for not putting out more faster. It's not our fault the characters like playing games with what they tell us!

I always used to think there weren't that many people out there that had this sort of thing with their characters.
But I guess that's not the case. I've been seeing stuff like this pop up more often lately. XD It's good to know I'm not entirely crazy, anyway. O.o
