I am gone nuts.
Okay, now you see what happens when random inspiration strikes without mercy. Something I do not do is to make a huge plushie out of a character which is just a few days old (or released only few days ago)...but I do unexpected so here's a nice little legendary whatever pokémon. I kinda like it. And now I have to. I don't want get bored to plushie which took helluva lot of work.
It has some iron wire inside so I can place its wings/arms differently...and pupils are movable inside plastic cover so whole critter can be nicely expressional.
¤ Measures: 100 cm from nose to tailtip, wingspan 90 cm.
¤ Materials: white polar fleece, little bit black fleece, thick white satin, some hundred meters of white thread, plastic eyes (+ turquoise acrylic paint), plastic foam, stuffing, strong iron wire and wicked inspiration
¤ Time: 20+ hours

… Maybe 3D models could help me then |D At least I can do the meshes much better than any paper things that could build a 3D model ._o I was never good at 2D->3D transforming |´D
But it deserves a try. When I have some money to waste and got some inspiration I should try it 8>
Besides: How expensive was the Reshi plushie now, when you count the main material? (At least the fabric things 8>)

Materials...I used mainly polar fleece which is a such cheap and good plushie material (6,90 per meter), I needed it about one meter for this one. And a piece of thick white satin (30 cm, not all was used). Stuffing is older, thread...well, I HAD white thread already but I didn't remember that so I bought more (I prefer Gutermann, it's fine quality and cheap thread can be real headache sometimes...), iron wire is something what I found from dad's working room (I think that piece is older than me, at least it has hanged there always), pattern paper was brown 30-year old packing paper...so total materials cost was less than 15€ (recycling is great), I think... Hard work: priceless. xp

Fabric skills are simply awesome |D Especially because there won´t be a second Reshi plushie like yours ever.

I'm going to buy some official ones anyway...at least chibi style pokédoll (both Reshiram and Zekrom). Just because they're usually cute.

But American ebay has nice plusheis to sell. I need to find a way to buy things form there as soon as I´m 18 D:

International eBay offers some Lugias in 0.99 dollars. (I have chibi Arceus which cost that much...shipping was more). Oh well, you're soon 18 if I remember right. |3

I liked those Arceus in all colors <3 And Suicune is great yes. But there was one epic crypto Lugia (<-- One of the best Pokémon ever. WHY does it have to be a gameCube Pokémon only? DX) and a chibi Ho-Oh <3 Thought Lugia and Ho-Oh were awful expensive |D"
But Digimon figures are good tehre too. There was a Duskmon! D:

Mä teen hitaasti mutta jos sitä istuu koko päivän tekemässä niin kyllä se valmistuu... Kaulan alue oli vähän ongelmallinen kaavailtava ja ommeltava mutta siitä selvittiin.

Tässä toi ton jalkojen välissä oleva hmmmmm ulkoke näyttää vielä epäilyttävämmältä : ((( Mut tykkään, koska on cool ja se on ihme miten jotkut vain saavat tällaisia aikaiseksi niin että hupsis vain \o/ Tai no hupsis ja hupsis, päälle 20 tuntia yhtä kaikki. Wow...this is amazing. It hadn't been out that long and you still were able to create a big plushie version of it. That's talent and commitment, dude. Kinda sucks it takes up most of your room, but hey, at least it's adorable, haha.
I can kinda relate, not with the sewing and stuff, but taking up space with stuff I have...mainly figures from different stores of like animals and stuff. I have an awesome figurine (sculpture? ) of two rabbits playing checkers with snails (the snails are the checkers) on a giant mushroom.
I wish I had your kind of talent and patience. Damn, I wonder how long it took for you to take on such a difficult and arduous task. Congratulations!

If I make something one whole day without breaks, it's done pretty fast (here you can see my whole Tuesday and a half Wednesday but I still like the results). |> ... Oh well, luckily I have my student residence elsewhere and there's much more space, at home I have only one single room.
...I don't really have patience but wicked inspiration. It's the epic thing which gives me all energy to do even more epic things.
