Description
Some arrows I quickly put together for a company intranet website. Hopefully they look something like gems.They needed to show trends of projects, and since I had actually used the smileys from this site to show project status, I designed the arrows in the same size and using the same colors.
(Oh, and if you use these on a webpage somewhere without telling me, expect a visit from Slobodan waving a baseball bat...)

yeah, they certainly do. But I wouldn't use them on the same page... the lighting appears to be coming from 3 different directions because of how you rotated the 1st arrow. But most probly won't notice/care. They look cool though! Good job
