After some failures and attempts to stop Venom, Carlton Drake (Riot) and Life Foundation, they finally created a solution for their symbiotic plague problem: The first symbiont soldier. Using a sample of the original symbiote "Venom", they managed to synthesize and control it to create their own soldiers, and these synthetic symbionts do not need a host to live or have a form. Weaknesses:

1.Although the Life Foundation improves the symbiote soldiers to resist high and low temperatures, they still have sensitivity to fire, therefore, an intense contact could destroy them and the discharges of electricity destroy their physical composition, as well as the loud sounds.

2. They do not have a free mind, the symbiotes are controlled by Riot in a telepathic way, therefore without Riot, the soldiers have no idea of what they have to do and in the worst case, if they manage to break the telepathic link with their leader and they are seriously hurt, but they survive, they could be corrupted, like any symbiote that chooses a bad host or is tortured, transforming it into a wild symbiont. After all, these soldiers were created on the basis of a sample of the original Venom symbiont and we all know how was Venom in the in the beginning.
