The capital-class sized ship is equipped with all the necessary facilities and equipment to assemble space stations in deep space and planetary orbit. Thanks to it's powerful engines and very potent inertial dampener arrays it is even capable of atmospheric construction operations.

The Starwright-class is one of the most common ships of it's type in Union space and operated by various organizations ranging from civilian construction and logistics companies to the Union of Free Systems Navy. They usually operate with cargo ships and heavy tug ships to build larger installations but are capable of fully independent small-scale construction projects.
