I just discovered your work and am enthralled at the forest illustrations in particular. I hope you offer these as prints in the future- they're exactly the sort of imagination spurring artwork I want my daughter to be surrounded by.

This reminds me of Totoro ... I love the atmosphere - your range of colours, both natural and slightly fantastic create this surrealistic scene that is nevertheless quite real. (did that make sense?) The idea of living in the forest is so cool ... I also like the little lanterns hanging from the treetops.

The attention to detail and the use of colors is astounding! I love how much detail there is on the tree, the leaves, the grass, the flowers. I love how you used a golden yellow instead of a bright pale yellow or even a white. It makes the entire piece glow. Great job!

it's a really unique piece technique wise to me because it feels almost 2-d and 3-d at once with the way the light beams, foreground, and the trees interact along with the actual drawing style for the lineart and the characters. It definitely fits the feel of a Miyazaki film x3
