Want some badass pirate girl picture? Search no more!! xDDDDHere's Ruby Heart from Marvel vs Capcom 2^^ This lady here pilots a flying ship and she can use it to blast your face in a fight xDDD Apart from MvC2 she never appeared in any other game, I heard that she was a rejected Darkstalkers design, and that's sad because she's a pretty cool character^^ I like her design a lot, it gives that badass and tough woman aura, and for a pirate girl it makes a perfect combo to me xDDD
PD: That thing she's holding is Abyss, MvC2 final boss^^

I dont think its a matter of listening.I think its a matter of money budgets,financial/time constraints & decision of picking the characters that are popular(thankfully with some "limited"[I use that word loosely] exceptions).
