footnote: Hypertension is the Silent Killer. The victim mostly doesn't show symptoms. My BP reading is elevated mainly due to salty meals. I started cutting down on salt and unlike sugar, I can "burn" it away through exercises. SALT in the system take time to clear. And since the body is saturated with salt, any little amount will aggravate the BP.
When I see other people eat, I feel sorry for them as I felt my own malady ~ I MUST HAVE IT UNDER CONTROL
