I'd say that Elizabeth respects Veruka but she doesn't consider her as "a friend" like she does with Matthew. So yes, they do get along but only as team members.

Because the RD series started as a comic that got it jokes from diamond and pearl. So it's based around my fave 4th gen pokemon.
