Here's the last pice of the region series. Feel free to draw your teams from each region too. It's pretty nostalgic.Veni, Vidi, Vici... Once again Jenna managed to beat Elite Four and earned her name in hall of fame. But after that she started to think what to do next. Almost 20 years old trainer knew that all she really wanted was to raise pokemon she loved. She remembered the time she met this trainer called Hayley who owned a pokemon ranch and Jenna decided to build a ranch of her own. So, thanks to all the money she had earned in 10 years, she was able to fulfill this dream. Now she was able to keep all her pokemon there and raise some new ones. The first pokemon babies born in that ranch were a murkrow and combee...
And that's the story! This part was kinda important because it mentiones the ranch. many of the Random Doom comics take place there so that's why I can have more than six pokemon in one place. Oh, and quick introducion to the team. I already mentioned these guys in one of my older pictures but anyway...
The boys: Herman the bibarel, Dexter the noctowl, Alfonso the hippowdon and Derwin the carnivine.
The girls: Pandora the luxray and Monique the purugly.
I'm gonna be honest, my favourite in game team ever. I did choose chimchar but I put him into the PC to wait for breeding. Funny thing... I have never chosen a water starter. I have always liked the grass or fire starter more... Go figure. Maybe I'll choose piplup in platinium and name him Jeeves.
And shortly about the games... I really liked pearl. It had same features as GS&C and 4gen is actually my favourite gen of pokemon. Don't start to rant how they're not as simple as 1gen. That's the reason why I love them so much. They are bizzare and I love that kind of things.
I'll upload that document/tutorial later. I have to fix some things in it first but it's coming.

I really, really, want to raise some of the Pokémon now. I never personally liked Bibarel, Hippowdon, or Purugly.
But this picture makes them look really cute ^.^

I IV bred them, I EV train them and they all are at level 100. These guys however are my in game team so they are not properly EV trained.

What does EV train mean?

To make it short. Everytime your pokemon beats another pokemon it gets Effort Points. For example, zubats give you speed EVs and tentacools give you sp. def points. EV training means that you make your pokemon battle only certain type of pokemon so it gets only certain type of EVs. For example, I trained my raichu in speed and sp. attack. His speed and sp. attack are now as high as they can be thanks to EVs (and he has 31 IVs in speed and sp. at). Read more from serebii.net.

Just seeing Pokemon again makes me feel nostalgic. And it's really cool that you have your original Pokemon teams in your pics instead of adding in only Legendary Pokemon.
So you really did create a ranch, like the one you can get on the Wii?
It's fun calling yourself different Pokemon titles, no? Like I'm a breeder in Diamond and stuff like that. XD

i love how your gazing deeply, lost in thought and memory, at the gigantic fortress/castle that is the the Pokemon League of Sinnohs estate for the Elite Four, i was so stoked when i saw they finally gave the E4 a place that was as awesome as they were. your team has so much happy, extroverted emotion and personality to them, it balances your more serious, introverted gaze. its also an exellent show of the evolution from childhood to adult life, this whole series
I would also, like Da-D-Mon-109, love to battle you. maybe one day, we could make a bet and duel.

Okay. Okay. I've been faving your PokeArt here for ages, miss, and never once said hello. Might as well say hello now, eh?
Your art evokes fond memories for me and my niece (who got me hooked on the games waaaay back in '95... or was that '98?) Either way, like you, I've been following the Pokemon games since classic Kanto and find myself reminiscing the days I spent with my team, traveling the world.
That said, this piece, just like all of your artwork always manages to bring me a smile whenever I drop by. Kudos and tidings abound to you, dear miss... And keep all of us--trainer, retired trainer, or mere spectator-- smiling.

That was a fun journey - I liked seeing how your character grew up as she traveled the regions, considering many of us have had similar experiences. I was ten when I got my hands on Blue; now I'm nineteen with all of my Pokemon gathered on Pearl...

Like I wrote, I chose chimchar but putted it into a box, waiting for a ditto so I could breed more (and EV train one). You don't have to use starter to beat the game.

I just checked serebii and it looks like curse is bibarel's platinium-only move. He learns it at level 53. Heh, bibarel is so underrated. His abilities are really interesting.

platinum only move? great. that just gives me more reasons to buy the game. You do realise the power of curse bibarel right? it's like swords dance and iron defence in one (if bibarel has simple as ability)

Yeah, I once saw someone using bibarel with curse, amnessia and return and rest. It worked pretty great. Bibarel is also popular with baton pass teams.
