Both versions of robot and human cores Rick & Wheatley arguing over who shall help Chell escape from Aperture Science. Men will be men....or Spheres. lol! But is it really the idea of helping her escape or something else? You decide.I'm happy with Rick's final human look. I'll keep to it as I had fun drawing his hair (which is based on David Tennant's). Now the only thing left is drawing the rest of the 'human' cores...but most of all figuring out a better clothing design. But to be quite honest I don't enjoy designing clothes so I'll come up with something later.
Just a little note that I didn't make the background portal walls. But adding it I THINK gives more of the Portal feel which is nice...Plus...I'm...very...lazy. Yup. Sorry.

I know that Wheatley is a personality core but I thought they all were. The personality cores also have titles for their "personality".
Space, "Intelligence dampening sphere" (this is what GlaDos calls Wheatley after he takes over), Adventure a.k.a Rick, Fact etc.. they have their own animated expressions unless we're looking at the personality cores from the first game.

I think in the extras they were just talking about Wheatley's design and how animated they wanted to do his character.

I think the only time it's appropriate to humanize wheatley is if you're gonna make him look like Merchant XD

You know, I cant agree more. I browsed through deviantart looking at all kinds of humanized Wheatleys (my least favourite being the cyclops Wheatley), no other face fits better than Stephen Merchant's for this little round robot!

Oh my gosh, I love the idea of Rick's hair being drawn after David Tennant's! It's wonderful and it definitely fits him!
Great work at coloring as always, I can't stop looking at their hair. It looks so fluffy! I wanna touch it.

I can imagine poor Wheatley human or core form is usually the nerd to be left out but Chell is nice/crazy enough to like anyone no matter what. Even if they tried killing her. And thanks a lot!

haha! I do try my best to keep him as Merchant looking as possible! It doesn't help after watching so much of him before playing Portal.
