not precysely in reality there are cat fight snake also the real reason they scare is because they are eating in they home where is safe and the moment they do that is safe moment of relax they don't expect something silent get on behind them because they on chill

It like you are on bad relaxing no expecting something bad happens and them boom somebody enter on your room a thief and suddenly the situation is extreme dangerous

Of course you survive have bad experience and for next time you are on bed you have that bad memories and you can't conciliation the dream because that experience and worst obviously you need sleep to have good quality life

Same can happens to the cat when you do that joke on him and like you can't relax can be stressed and quality life can be worse

So it not good make that joke and also is not your pet ? You choose have that pet and responsibilities of have him and love him?
