A gentle reminder: I really appreciate all the attention my pipecleaner GLaDOS has got. I really do. Thank you everyone!
But I actually do other things than fanart too. If you like fuzzy GLaDOS here, there is much more fuzzy art to be seen in my gallery.

The next time I look like I'm thinking, "It's just a set of geometric shapes, how difficult could it be?", hit me with something hard.
Yes, this is the sculpture I worked on for three weeks.
It is not particularly complex or so, just very different from what I usually build; that is why it took so long. I had to take some artistic liberties (?) because I'm a pipe cleaner artist, not a magician. For example, the proportions are a little off; the eyes are too big and the computer screens way too small. There are other mistakes as well, but I'll just leave those to you to find.
The white screens are made of paper, the cake images are drawn on it. The personality cores (or "eyes") are foam balls, and no, I couldn't find them in the right size.
The rest is 100% pipe cleaners, no sewing thread or glue or anything like that.You probably understood that by now, but I think PORTAL rocks.
And GLaDOS is an awesome character, I just wish I had come up with the idea before Valve did...

I played portal for the first time today (and finished it) and when I got to the last part I was like, omgee...that looks just like the pipecleaner thingie my friend made! haha, and yes, Portal was AMAZING! ^^ You did a great job here too

Freaking amazing. I can't believe thats made out of pipe cleaners, but I guess that would be the best medium for that soft of thing. Kind of hard to imagine making a model of it in any other medium I know of. Great job on it,

Seems like an interesting and unusal thing to work with, but also seems nicer than wire-working (which I'm dabbling in now) because you can just hide the ends in the fuzz. Might pick up some pipe cleaners at the store today, XD

Holy SNAP. That is just too awesome for words! I've seen very little pipe cleaner art, and I think it's great that you were able to sculpt her from those fuzzy wires! xD Kudos to you for your hard work

actually, what was trying to say was that i was first thinking "it's just a few shapes, that's easy" and then, when i started to look closer at the character on screenshots and in-game, it turned into "who knew Valve put so much DETAIL into this?!" - i hadn't noticed all those small parts...
