Description
This is second version of Blitz Rush which is a combination for a Kineceleran/Citrakayah hybrid. I’ve thought of a backstory that goes all the way back to before the original series.

Blitz Rush is another member of the Amalgam Kids who’s form was created from a Kineceleran and a
Citrakayah, (as shown in the beginning), but there was something that set him apart from the others. He was diagnosed with a Hyperactivity Disorder and couldn’t stop moving. This lead to him being able to absorb and exude energy as well as control his vibrational frequency.
