Just replace your current Spotify.ini in the Spotify folder of your organiC installation's skin folder with this one to install. Refresh your configs.The old text-clickable "buttons" in the original skin were a pain in the ass to hit with my mouse, so I took the on-clicks off the text and put fat square transparent buttons over each aromatic group (I think that's what those carbonic rings are) so the whole region is a clickable space.
It's just a little easier to use than stock.
