Description
In PREY(2017), it's an item used to eject psychoactive particles(or as I prefered "psionic stimulator") into drinking water, so you'll have no trouble if you ran out of psi hypo(default items for refilling your psi pool). You need the particles as "fuel" for psychics.The purple, "sparkling" bubbles makes it looks like grape juice, though drinking that gives you superpower
