Parody of Bleach chapter 403.I think Aizen’s “new form“ is ridiculous. So I had to make fun of it.
Now I’m asking myself: Will he repeat Voldemort’s Greatest Mistake and become FUGLY??? Please no.

i actually kind of really like his design. As in, he's not ridiculously OVER-designed. He's got a memorable silhouette, and the stark, clean look gives off an impression of otherness.
I find that in anime/manga, the "final form" the villain takes is usually over-the-top, over-designed and visually confusing.
I really hope that this is Aizen's last form, and that he doesn't turn into some giant skeleton monster who shoots lasers from his horns (because skeleton monsters have horns. Duh.)
The bag-head thing reminds me of the hoods and headdresses that Spanish Catholic priests wore. I mean, Aizen's little team is heavily inspired by Spanish culture. And when you add the cross on his chest...

Ah, that is a good question. But, I have a theory:
He will keep getting fuglier and fuglier, until a certain point at which it just stops. He will remain in that state for a bit, and then, slowly, he will keep evolving. Only, he will be pretty again.
Because you can only get so fugly. And then you come full circle back to pretty. That's how it always works; yes?
