When a devastating crisis hit Metroplex and his three Curators were almost swept away by a nuclear fire, Scamper and one half of Six-Gun's body were recombined by the Transmogrification Drive into a so-called Six-Mode.
Scamper's car mode evolved into a hover car which can travel on the surface of the otherwise-deadly inner seas of Metroplex. These seas, composed of a Quantum Gel that alters the spacetime structure, are located on the inner surface of the hyper-spheres that house Metroplex's key organs (the Metaprocessor, the Ultra-Spark Core): as everything else inside Metroplex, they are gigantic places that dwarf even the larger Cybertronians (The Transmogrification Occurrence ).
