Holoform Design

Important Information:
~His alternate modes are neither Cybertronian or Earth-based, as he has taken aspects of Earth-vehicles and managed to incorporate them into his jet and tank forms.
~Protoform is a mismatched array of colors [natural being dark gray] becuase of getting limbs of offline mechs or femmes attached to his form.
~Armor is purposefully mismatched, as most of his plating it from a different Cybertronian for each individual plate.
~Wings differ ever slightly in size, as his right wing was broken in half at one point due to a failed transformation; it is now of slightly shorter size after being welded back together.
~The top part of his helm is attached to his head, but, if the welds are broken upon the seam surrounding it, the part in which drops down to cover his neck can be removed.
~Treads are not obscured by anything, so they are able to shift freely whilst in bipedal form.
~Turrets have gears in the base that allow for them to angle downward upon his shoulders; Aside from his weight [which he has used] and talons, they are his only weapons.
~Wings are far more sensitive than what is common due to their sizes and being tender\sensitive around the poorly-done welds.

Medical\Health\Damage Information: [WIP]
-Energon intake
    Blitzwing has problems with his Energon-intake, and thus, his tanks are almost never filled to a rate that can keep him functioning more than a cycle without refueling. Energon feels as though it burns his intake and glossia; he can, and will, purge if consumed any faster than a slow sip due to system malfunctions.
-Overheat
    His systems tend to overheat at a far easier, faster rate than what is common, so he is forced to vent so often that he simply ,breathes' as an organic would just so that he can keep himself cooled at an adequate rate. Because of his tendency to overheat so easily, he scents of burnt wires; if he goes long enough without venting, the heat will eventually be felt through his plating.
    His artificial optic [of Icy face] can overheat for a few reasons. One being if it is brought to too high of a setting, it will spark a few times, and then turn off so that it may cool down; this type of overheat is harmless and common. A second way is if a shock is sent through his systems, which are already damaged; in which case, it will spark before turning off; these sparks are likely to cause burns on his faceplate. A third reason is if he is shocked whilst the optic is at its highest setting; in which case, it will spark whilst flickering, and the optic itself will heat up and burn his faceplate, as will the sparks.
-Transformations
    Tank-Jet, Mid-Trans. Persona-Swap: Wings will get caught under rotating plating and be snapped\crushed from the force; plates will flip into incorrect alignment and pierce protoform. May cause offlining if plating pierces spark chamber, or wounds are not tended to and he leaks out.
    Jet-Tank, Mid-Trans. Persona-Swap: Wings may be brought out of alignment due to attempting to move when plating it not finished shifting; heels\side supports of pedes may receive damage; cockpit may receive damage
    Jet-Tank Swap, Midair: Will fall from the sky; likely to damage legs\treads upon landing
    Tank-Jet Swap, Rough Terrain: Wings are likely to strike against something and gain damage
-Mental\Emotional
    State of mind is weak; is driving himself to insanity
    Extremely emotionally-unstable; can swap personalities within seconds; cycles of worse control make emotional instability worse
    Severe temperament-issues, the slightest things can set him off
    Certain actions from himself or others will bring insanity to show; will laugh no matter occurrence; extremely dangerous and unpredictable
