Again, your timing is getting very tight with very little wasted frames. Your Tex Avery Tweens are REALLY working! This is especially true of the part that the still above references.
Only criticisms:
1) not sure what happens starting at 1:57 when the victim does that twitch. It's very smoothly animated and has very nice, natural-feeling motion, I'm just not sure what happens. I think they're having one last shrink?
2) This is something that you're probably planning on doing anyway. When victim goes through the initial shrinking, I think it would make the power shift more evident by having the antagonist's head (and therefore her gaze) move down to follow the downward motion of her victim.
