Description

The MAKO2 arrived on the scene to engage the giant centipede kaiju. Its heavy Tengu rail cannons punched holes in the exoskeleton, causing the monster to stagger. Blue energy sparked from the chest as the MAKO2 began charging the Ion Annihilator. The monster was quick to recover however, so the beam only graced its shoulder. The earth shook as it reared up and charged at the mech, each leg striking the ground with the sound of thunder. MAKO2 met the charge head on, grappling the centipede to keep it from trampling more of the city. The centipede was stronger, forcing the mech to the ground and ensnaring it with its whips. Another shot from the rail cannon ripped one of its antennae off, but it didn't relent. The whips crushed the mech's chest, rendering the Ion Annihilator unusable.

Earthquakes shocked the area, when suddenly another kaiju burst from the ground. Dorizan was one of the few kaiju to survive the Xenopath invasion, having hidden deep within the planet. It leapt onto the centipede, knocking it over and freeing the MAKO2. Now two against one, their odds were substantially improved. A brutal brawl ensued, but despite their advantage they couldn't take down the centipede kaiju.

The stalemate didn't last for long however, as another familiar face joined the fight.

I never resolved what happened with Dorizan last time, so here he's back to protect his new home!
