a large multislot variant of the templates for.... using various preexisting designs from nameless, minor characters from either canon or fanon in various series to claim and create as OCs. Basically if a minor character or some scrapped design or something catches your fancy and noone's made an OC outta it before, use this to create a new OC or fan character or whatnot from that design.
